Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our comfortable home. To do this, we would be very grateful if you could follow these house rules and confirm that they have been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS of YOUR BOOKING. We ensure that if there is any reason why the house rules cannot be respected, you, our guest, will have the option to cancel the reservation without penalty, as we have a strict cancellation policy. We thank you in advance and sincerely appreciate your cooperation! · SMOKING is FORBIDDEN in the house · No ADDITIONAL travelers or children, as overnight visitors. If you have a visitor you would like to add to the booking, please inquire if this is possible. Additional fees will be charged. · No parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate antisocial behavior. In these cases, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. · Keep noise to a minimum after 11 p.m. · Pets prohibited. We have travelers with allergies at other times of the year. · There must be no smoke inside the house. Additional cleaning fees to remove odors and stains may apply. PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, additional cleaning fees may apply. · PARKING: Free parking is provided on the river side, please follow the directions. · Please return all accessories to their place at the end of your stay. · The establishment must be used by guests staying at the accommodation and you must not invite others to the home as this will be considered a party. · Please do not move our furniture. · Guests will be responsible for additional cleaning fees if rules are not followed. · In the unfortunate event of disturbances or alerts from neighbors, TRAVELERS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. · If guests are suspected of transporting and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, authorities will be notified, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. · Finally, as this is a lodging house, not a hotel, and it is also my accommodation, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before leaving. (Respect our property and our goods). · Please remove your shoes when you enter the house and leave them at the front door. · Refund policy: If the customer cancels their reservation, the following charges are applied 31 days or less: 100% of charges 60 – 32 days: 50% of charges 90 – 59 days: 30% of charges Please confirm that you have read and accepted the regulations and refund policy.
